PASSIVE - You gain additional Magical Power and Lifesteal scaled from missing Health. This caps at 70 power and 10% Lifesteal at 40% Health.

PASSIVE - Regenerates 0.4% of your max health every second.
Spectral Armor *old*
PASSIVE - Physical Critical Strikes bonus damage taken is decreased by 40%.
