What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?

The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Y10 Blink Rune
Using this item will allow you to teleport up to 45 units away instantly. This item can not be used if you have taken or dealt damage in the last 3s. Cooldown - 140s.
Belt of Frenzy
Using this item grants all allied gods within 70 units 10% Increased Damage dealt to all targets, including objectives, and 25% Attack Speed increase for 6 seconds. Cooldown - 130s.
Breastplate of Determination
GLYPH - Each time you are hit by an ability, gain a stack of 5 Protections that corresponds to the damage type you were hit with, up to a max of 4 of each type. Once you reach max stacks of both kinds, gain a burst of 20% Movement Speed and double your Protections gained by this effect for 8s, after which all stacks are removed.
Berserker's Shield
PASSIVE - While below 60% Health you become Berserk for 5s. While Berserk, you gain 5% Damage Mitigation and 20% Attack Speed. This effect can only occur once every 15 seconds.
Spectral Armor *old*
PASSIVE - Physical Critical Strikes bonus damage taken is decreased by 40%.
Thousand Fold Blade
PASSIVE - Gain 5% Movement Speed for 10s on killing or assisting an enemy god. Stacks up to 3 times.

Y10 Greater Shield of Thorns
Using this item reflects 30% of all damage you take, before mitigations, for the next 5 seconds, back to its owner as Magical Damage. If you are dealt 120 * your level damage while this effect is active, the effect will end early. While this is active enemies can only lifesteal from you for 75% of their total lifesteal. Cooldown - 120s.
Warrior's Axe
PASSIVE - Damaging an enemy god deals 25 (+1.5 per level) damage and restores 25 (+1.5 per level) Health and Mana. This effect can only occur once every 10s. Can be upgraded at level 20.
Pestilence (old)
AURA - Enemy gods within 55 units have their healing reduced by 25%. This does not stack with similar Auras.
Genji's Guard
PASSIVE - When you take Magical Damage from Abilities your cooldowns are reduced by 3s. This can only occur once every 30s.
Amulet of Silence
AURA - Allied gods within 70 units have their Magical Protections increased by 15 and their MP5 increased by 30. <n>GLYPH - Gain a stack each time an enemy within 55 units casts an ability. At 3 stacks, your next basic attack against an enemy god will silence them for 1.5s. This effect can only occur every 8s.

Chronos' Pendant
PASSIVE - Every 10s the Pendant activates, subtracting 1s from all of your abilities currently on Cooldown. The initial countdown will not start until you leave the fountain.
Y10 Bancroft's Talon
PASSIVE - You gain additional Magical Power and Lifesteal scaled from missing Health. This caps at 70 power and 10% Lifesteal at 40% Health.
