What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Using this item increases the Movement Speed of allied gods within 55 units by 20% for 5s and makes them immune to Slows. Cooldown - 130s
