The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Using this item fires a bolt that travels 70 units, stopping on the first god hit dealing 15% of the target's Current Health as True Damage, destroying any shields, and increasing their damage taken by 20% for 5s. Cooldown - 110s.
Bumba's Spear
PASSIVE - Your Basic Attacks deal +50 True Damage and your Abilities deal +35% damage against Jungle Camps and Jungle Bosses. When you kill any of these you gain a 10% power buff for 30s and are healed for 8% of their Health, 10% of your Mana.
