What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?

The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Y10 Shield of Thorns
Using this item reflects 30% of all damage you take, before mitigations, for the next 5 seconds, back to its owner as Magical Damage. If you are dealt 120 * your level damage while this effect is active, the effect will end early. While this is active enemies can only lifesteal from you for 75% of their total lifesteal. Cooldown - 140s.
S9 Divine Ruin
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your abilities have 40% reduced healing for 5 seconds.
Book of Souls
PASSIVE - Gain a stack each time you damage an enemy god with an ability or Basic Attack. At 4 stacks, your next ability or Basic Attack deals 20 + 4 per level Magical damage.
Chronos' Pendant
PASSIVE - Every 10s the Pendant activates, subtracting 1s from all of your abilities currently on Cooldown. The initial countdown will not start until you leave the fountain.
Obsidian Shard
PASSIVE - Your first ability cast gains 20% Magical Penetration. This can only occur once every 10 seconds.

Y10 Heavenly Wings
Using this item increases the Movement Speed of allied gods within 55 units by 20% for 5s and makes them immune to Slows. Cooldown - 130s
Y10 Asi
PASSIVE - While below 60% Health, you gain an additional 15% Physical Lifesteal for 5 seconds. Can only occur once every 15 seconds.
Y10 Bloodforge
PASSIVE - Killing an enemy god forges a shield from their blood with Health equal to 200 + 10 per Player Level for 20s. While the Blood Shield is active you gain +10% movement speed.

Spear of Desolation
PASSIVE - If you receive a kill or assist on an Enemy God all of your non-ultimate cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds and your ultimate cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds.
Y10 Polynomicon
PASSIVE - Using an ability gives your next Basic Attack within the next 8 seconds +75% of your Magical Power as additional Magical Damage. The effect can only apply once every 2 seconds.
