At max stacks, upon being hit you are immediately healed for 10% of your maximum health. Allies within 35 units heal for 10% of their maximum health over 5s. This effect can only occur once every 45 seconds.

PASSIVE - When you take damage and are below 40% Health, you gain a Shield with health equal to 12% of your Maximum Health for 20s. Can only occur once every 60s.
