What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?

The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Hastened Wings
Using this item increases the Movement Speed of allied gods within 55 units by 25% for 4s, makes them immune to Slows, and grants Haste causing them to be immune to Basic Attack Movement Penalty. For the duration, successful basic attacks increase the duration by 1s up to an additional 4s. Cooldown - 110s
Y10 Greater Shield of Thorns
Using this item reflects 30% of all damage you take, before mitigations, for the next 5 seconds, back to its owner as Magical Damage. If you are dealt 120 * your level damage while this effect is active, the effect will end early. While this is active enemies can only lifesteal from you for 75% of their total lifesteal. Cooldown - 120s.
Evolved Hide of the Urchin
PASSIVE - Provides a Health Shield that gains stacks every 2s. Shield only stacks if you have not taken or dealt damage in the last 5s. Each stack provides 10% of 100 Health +5 Per Level. The full shield will regenerate after 20 seconds.
The Sledge
PASSIVE - For each enemy god within 55 units of you, you gain a stacking buff that provides 10 Physical Protections and 8 Magical Protections. Stacks up to 3 times.

Greater Cursed Ankh
Using this item reduces the Healing received by all enemy gods within 55 units by 40%, decreases their shield effectiveness by 50% for 10s and removes 75% of any currently applied shield. Enemies that are healed by god abilities while affected by this curse take 10% more damage from all sources for the duration of the curse. Cooldown - 100s.
Titan's Bane
PASSIVE - Your first ability cast gains 20% Physical Penetration. This can only occur once every 5 seconds.
Runic Shield
AURA - Enemy gods within 55 units have their Magical Power reduced by 50.

PASSIVE - When your Ultimate ability has finished casting, you gain a Shield equal to 90% of your Protections from items and abilities for 5s. When destroyed, by timing out or being depleted, it explodes in a 30 unit radius and deals Magical damage equal to 75% of your Protections from items and abilities and slows targets by 25% for 3s. This can only occur once every 45 seconds.

PASSIVE - Getting an assist on an enemy god or minion kill grants 2 Protections for 5s, max 5 stacks
