If you are dealt 120 * your level damage while this effect is active, the effect will end early. While this is active enemies can only lifesteal from you for 75% of their total lifesteal. Cooldown - 140s.
Wing Shard
Your Movement Speed is increased by 15% and your Attack Speed is increased by 40% for the next 5s. Shard Relics can be upgraded to a new Relic once you reach Level 12. Cooldown - 90s.

PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your damaging Abilities take bonus damage equal to an additional 30% of your Physical Power over 1s. Subsequent hits on the same target do half the bonus damage for the next 3s.
