This effect does not trigger on Vortexes. Can only occur once every 15s. PASSIVE - Regenerates 0.4% of your max health every second.

PASSIVE - For each enemy God within 55 units of you, you gain a stack of 4% Damage Mitigation. This caps at 3 stacks.

Jungle Monsters are worth 1 stack and Enemy Gods are worth 5 stacks. At 50 Stacks Assassin's Blessing Evolves, gaining +5 Penetration, and 5% Movement Speed.
