This can only occur once every 45 seconds.

PASSIVE - For each enemy God within 55 units of you, you gain a stack of 4% Damage Mitigation. This caps at 3 stacks.

Silver Talisman

PASSIVE - Enemy gods within 55 units have their Healing reduced by 15%. This effect does not stack with similar auras.
