What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?

The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Cloak of Meditation
Using this item causes you to enter a meditative state where nearby allied gods within 35 units restore 10 + 2.5% of their missing health and 10 + 3% of missing mana each tick. Heals occur once every second for 4s. Cooldown - 150s. <font color='#f59b56'>Kill or assist minions to upgrade this Relic for free.
Heavenly Wings
Using this item grants allied gods within 55 units 20% increased Movement Speed, 10% increased Attack Speed, and Slow immunity for 5s. Cooldown - 120s <font color='#f59b56'>Kill or assist minions to upgrade this Relic for free.
Restored Artifact
PASSIVE - Restore 1% of your Maximum Mana upon damaging an enemy god with an ability, once per god.
Bancroft's Talon
PASSIVE - You gain additional Magical Power and Lifesteal scaled from missing Health. This caps at 70 power and 15% Lifesteal at 40% Health.
Divine Ruin
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your abilities have 40% reduced healing for 5 seconds. Your next successful damaging ability on an enemy triggers a chain lightning, damaging the target and up to 4 nearby enemies for 40 damage + 10% of your Magical Power. This can only occur once every 20 seconds.
Spell Focus
Vampiric Shroud
PASSIVE - Damaging any enemy with an ability restores 2 health and 6 mana. Can only trigger once per target per ability. Can be upgraded at level 20.
Talon Trinket
PASSIVE - Each second you are in god combat, gain 1 Magical Power and 1% Lifesteal for 5s. Max 20 stacks.

PASSIVE - Protects you from a single hard Crowd Control effect once every 70 seconds. When this occurs, you gain 1s of Crowd Control immunity.

PASSIVE - Your first ability cast gains 20% Physical Penetration. This can only occur once every 5 seconds.
OLD Stone Cutting Sword
PASSIVE - Melee Basic Attacks decreases enemy Physical protections by 7, and increase your physical protection by 5 for 3s (max. 2 Stacks).

Using this item restores 75 Health + 12 Health per level and 30% Mana to all Allied gods within 35 units. Cooldown - 120s.
