If not getting outcleared heavily, you can get Mages Blessing instead of Attackers with 3 Health and 2 Mana Pots for more MP Regen in the beginning with the first few waves that way you'll have an extra 10% CDR until you sell it as opposed to 10 Penetration. The choice is yours.

Notes

Get a second defense item if you feel like you're getting bursted down too easily. Swap one offensive item out depending on the situation. (Brawlers if they don't have any healing in their kit or from actives for example).

Also, if you feel comfortable losing only a little power for a lot more mobility, swap out Warrior Tabi for Talaria boots.
