At max stacks, upon being hit you are immediately healed for 10% of your maximum health. Allies within 35 units heal for 10% of their maximum health over 5s. This effect can only occur once every 45 seconds.

At 75 stacks this item Evolves, gaining 10 Magical Penetration and Increasing the Magical Power gained from Mana to 7%.
