In Season 3 I was the number one Sylvanus in NA and JP while the items and meta has changed my love for this under rated god has not, I hope to bring some insight and hopefully give you a pocket pick if your god is banned or even a new main Understanding Sylvanus

Pros

High Defense.

High Crowd Control.

High Sustain.

Can heal allies.

Great Teamfight influence.

Can cause early kills before minion kills with his 3.

Great early game as well as a great late game.

Can keep you in place for over 4.5-5s with his abilities and passive.

Cons

Low Damage.

Low Mobility, tough time rotating.

Sylvanus has three main cookie cutter core items Gauntlet of Thebes, Lotus Sickle, and Pridwen the rest are situational and mostly up too whatever gods are on the enemy team.

Ah yes, the cookie cutter Sylvanus build feels good to cc everyone while everyone else gets the kills and you get that good teammate honor if your game is going fairly even or if you're low Elo i recommend to not stray far from this build path as it will yield you the highest success.

Notes

is that mercury jungle literally running through your entire team well lets fix that with these items you'll beef up your team and you'll make that mercury cry when hes getting flamed by his teammates for throwing their free win and you'll just sit there with a smile getting no credit even though it was definitely all you.

with this hybrid tank damage build will make you giggle when your wisps start kill stealing it always makes me laugh when were already up 10 kills and I'm 6/0/13 by the end of the game

Enemies that are healed by god abilities while affected by this curse take 10% more damage from all sources for the duration of the curse. Cooldown - 120s.

Using this item Slows the Movement Speed of all enemy gods within 35 units by 30% for 5s. Their Attack Speed is reduced by 25% for the duration. Additionally, their Damage Dealt is reduced by 10%. Cooldown - 130s.

Y10 Blink Rune

Using this item will allow you to teleport up to 45 units away instantly. This item can not be used if you have taken or dealt damage in the last 3s. Cooldown - 140s.

Notes

Blink And Meditation cloak i always recommend for lower Elo players playing Sylvanus. on the flip side though if you're dealing with high attack speed god's horrific emblem is right for the job, or if they have a change or hel or a high healing or high shielding god cursed ankh will never fail in cutting healing and shield power.

his first ability Verdant Growth you send forward a plant that if struck by will cause you, or minions to take damage, and be rooted in place. If the plant does not hit anything, it will be planted in the ground, and sprout into a flower that provides your team standing in it with MP5. Very useful for the laning phase, you can only have 3 plants out on the field at a time. You will see some Sylvanus load into a game, and then go to another lane first and drop their plant off for his teammate there, then rotate back to his starting position. If the plant is popped by an enemy, it will explode with an AoE effect that will reduce enemy protections if hit. For his second ability Sylvanus is one of the few supports that have a built in heal. Sylvanus 2 Wisps is an AOE that heals any teammates that are standing near him when this is casted, and also provides them with protections, any enemy hit will take damage over time. The third ability Natures Grasps will pull in any god that is hit with it. This ability is a main set up when paired with Verdant Growth root or with your passive Rng. Sylvanus ultimate is Wrath of Terra Sylvanus plants his feet into the ground and knocks up any enemies in the range for a short time and applying damage over time to them.
