Soul Eater
PASSIVE - Your abilities heal you for 5% of damage dealt. Each time anything dies within 80 units you gain a stack. Gods, Large Jungle monsters and Bosses provide 5 stacks. At 75 Stacks Soul Eater Evolves, gaining 15 Physical Power, 5% Physical Lifesteal, and causing abilities to heal you for 25% of damage dealt.

PASSIVE - Your first ability cast gains 20% Physical Penetration. This can only occur once every 8 seconds.
Against healing using Brawler's Beat Stick is pretty useful but in my opinion should only be used when its really needed as you lose out on the attack speed provided by The Crusher.

Transcendence
PASSIVE - You permanently gain 15 Mana per Stack, and receive 5 Stacks for a god kill, and 1 Stack for a minion kill (max. 50 stacks). 3% of your Mana is converted to Physical Power. At 50 stacks this item Evolves, gaining 10% Cooldown Reduction.

The Crusher
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your damaging Abilities take an additional 20 Physical Damage + 15% of your Physical Power over 2s.

Soul Eater
PASSIVE - Your abilities heal you for 5% of damage dealt. Each time anything dies within 80 units you gain a stack. Gods, Large Jungle monsters and Bosses provide 5 stacks. At 75 Stacks Soul Eater Evolves, gaining 15 Physical Power, 5% Physical Lifesteal, and causing abilities to heal you for 25% of damage dealt.

Item Changes:
Titan's Bane can be swapped with Heartseeker and when your boots are sold you can get the Elixir of Speed and Bloodforge. This gives you a small amount of lifesteal but personally I would keep the Titan's Bane and get the Heartseeker after selling boots.
The Crusher can be swapped with The Executioner if you need some more Physical Protection reduction but to be honest I find The Crusher more useful in 99% of situations.

The Executioner
PASSIVE - Basic Attacks against an enemy reduce your target's Physical Protection by 7% for 3 seconds (max. 4 Stacks).

The Crusher
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your damaging Abilities take an additional 20 Physical Damage + 15% of your Physical Power over 2s.

Qin's Sais
PASSIVE - On Basic Attack hits, deal Physical Damage equal to 3% of the target's maximum Health. If the target has over 2250 Health, the bonus damage scales up. This effect reaches a maximum of 5% of the targets Maximum Health at 3000 Health.

Titan's Bane
PASSIVE - Your first ability cast gains 20% Physical Penetration. This can only occur once every 8 seconds.
Carry:
If you are playing CARRY I recommend getting The Executioner before The Crusher.
Mid:
If you are playing MID I recommend getting The Crusher before The Executioner.
Both:
Once you can sell your boots and get Elixir of Speed, buy a Ichaival for more attack speed and physical power. Some people get Asi in this build so I guess that is an option too.
As CARRY having the extra Physical Protectoin reduction against heavily protected enemies along side your support with the purple buff is useful.
Personally I don't use this build that often but I know a number of people that do and perform well with it.

Magi's Cloak
PASSIVE - Protects you from a single hard Crowd Control effect or Root once every 70 seconds. When this occurs, you gain 1s of Crowd Control immunity.

Mantle of Discord
PASSIVE - If you take damage below 30% health you unleash a shockwave that stuns all enemies within a range of 20 units for 1s and become immune to Crowd Control for 1s. This effect cannot trigger more than once every 110s.

Toxic Blade
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your basic attacks gain 20% reduced healing, stacking up to 3 times and lasting 6s.

Winged Blade
PASSIVE - When hit by a Slow, you are immune to Slows and your movement speed is increased by 20% for 4s. Only occurs once every 30 seconds.

Brawler's Beat Stick
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your Abilities have 40% reduced healing for 6 seconds.

Odysseus' Bow
PASSIVE - Every fourth Basic Attack triggers a chain lightning, damaging the target and up to 4 nearby enemies for 15 damage +60% of your total Basic Attack Power.


In my opinion these are the pretty much the only relics you want as Neith unless you really need something else.

Ward
This is a ward that allows you to see normal enemy movements with 45 units. It does respect line of sight and can't see through walls or stealth. It remains for 3 minutes or until killed.

Chalice of Healing
This consumable heals 250 Health over 25 seconds per use. Comes with 3 uses that are refilled if you enter the Fountain, sells for 0 gold.
