The core 4 items in this build, similar to many hunter builds right now, is ninja tabi, devo's/ bloodforge, rage, executioner. Note that, for newer players that might not know, you should normally be finishing boots before you finish the item with the T1 you started.
You can go devo's on Izanami and it would be fine, but her early wave clear should give her a very early game advantage/ lead alot of the time, and she doesn't use life-steal well early game. The reason why her life-steal is bad early but not late is that she will generally be sickle autoing the wave during lane, which gives reduced life-steal. However, in the late game most of her healing will come through trying to hit the enemy jungle or solo, in which case her 1 steroid will likely be used and her healing will become very relevant.
The last three items, Poison Star, titans bane, and asi, are all situational in the orders that they will need to be built. If you are more worried about their tanky front line diving you or their jungle is tanky along the rest of their front line, you should definitely get Titan's bane either 5th item or 6th item. In this case you are also more likely to benefit from Asi over poison star in your other slot before you sell boots. If the jungle is your main concern, Asi and poison star will be more optimal than titans bane.
All three of these items trade very efficiently with front-line and dive. So, they should all be a staple in your build, unless you're snowballing so hard that you really don't need to worry about the damage they'll be doing to you. In which case, any of Qin's, Deathbringer, and Wind Demon will be fine replacements for some these three. Generally speaking though, I feel that gods like Izanami and Artemis have a much harder time dealing damage without receiving some in return. They also, likely as compensation for their unsafe natures, deal very very very good damage late game with their stims and passives. As such, I think you will find that the damage choices that let you survive better in fights will do more good for you then pure damage items.
