Vampiric Shroud - Easy starter for Artio's 4 abilites. On top of her 2 heals it makes it very hard for you to lose lane. For the most part the axe starter is better on her but for this healing build, this is better
Shoes of Magi - Keep the lifesteal theme going, cooldown isnt worth it on artio at the start, youll just end up running out of mana which is very easy to do on her early, sustain is better
Soul Gem - You can burst an.y.bo.dy with this item. Cooldown Health and lifesteal, and the passive stacks every 4 ABILITIES, and procs on your damaging ability at full stacks. With your 6 abilities on 20% cooldown with blue buff, you proc this veeeeeery easily. It doesnt matter who your fighting in solo, they can no longer box with you, if they do because they dont see the item, they die. Nobody ever sees the damage and heals coming,
Downside - While you have sustain, you have no defense. Even though you can box very well now having this item, maybe even grab a jg kill if he tries to gank, im not sure how well this'll go down in ranked
Pridwen - You dont get to benefit from the passive most the time but the 20% cooldown and 30 magical and physical defense is what you need it for anyway.
Downside -Mana will be an issue at this point, and if you dont always have blue this is gonna be an issue
Rod of Asclepius - Health and bonus healing. Bonus healing for your 1, 3, lifesteal, and all your lifesteal stacks endgame. This along with your soul gem and your 1, you help so much more in team fights.
Downside - Another item that provides health and sustain, but no defense. If you get caught by multiple people by yourself you can get bursted pretty easily
Blood-soaked Shroud - At this point you should be level 20, the stacks of this with your full cooldown (with blue buff) and physical defense make you extremely annoying to fight against
Mantle of Discord - Finish off the last 10 percent of cooldown with a shitload of defense
Stone of Binding - Just a cheap item to finish it off. Once again you dont need anymore damage or sustain so i just get this to get as much defense online as fast as possible
With this build its not too hard to get all top stats in most match ups, but i have yet to try it in ranked which is....testing grounds i guess. Works very very very well in casuals
TLDR
Upside - Full cooldown, infinite sustain, easily run down the back line, 250+ physical defense, really helpful in team fights, probably obtain all top stats
Downside - Long time to get defense up, mana problems midgame, only 168 magical defense and with how hard mages like Janus hit nowadays isnt great

PASSIVE - Damaging any enemies with an ability gives you bonus 6 health and 3 mana. Can only trigger once per target per ability.

Y10 Soul Gem
PASSIVE - On successful hit of an Ability you gain 1 stack. At 3 Stacks your next Ability that damages an enemy God will deal bonus damage equal to 20% of your Magical power to each God hit, and will heal yourself and allies within 20 units for 15 (+5 Per Level) and will consume the 3 stacks.
Pridwen
PASSIVE - When your Ultimate ability has finished casting, you gain a Shield equal to 90% of your Protections from items and abilities for 5s. When destroyed, by timing out or being depleted, it explodes in a 30 unit radius and deals Magical damage equal to 75% of your Protections from items and abilities and slows targets by 25% for 3s. This can only occur once every 45 seconds.
Mantle of Discord
PASSIVE - If you take damage below 40% health you unleash a shockwave that stuns all enemies within a range of 20 units for 1s and become immune to Crowd Control for 1s. This effect cannot trigger more than once every 110s.
Stone of Binding
PASSIVE - Successfully hitting an enemy god with a Crowd Control ability will place a debuff on them, reducing their Physical and Magical Protections by 0.8 * your level for 5s.
