Mage's Blessing
+10 Bonus Ability Damage +10 Physical Power +30 Magical Power +2 MP5 Per 10% Missing Mana ROLE QUEST: MID Kill or Assist Lane Minions or Enemy gods to gain stacks. Lane Minions are worth 1 Stack and Enemy gods are worth 5 Stacks. At 75 Stacks Mage's Blessing Evolves, gaining 10% Cooldown Reduction.
Y10 Bancroft's Talon
PASSIVE - You gain additional Magical Power and Lifesteal scaled from missing Health. This caps at 70 power and 10% Lifesteal at 40% Health.
Shoes of Focus
Y10 Typhon's Fang
PASSIVE - Your Healing obtained from Magical Lifesteal is increased by 15%. Your Magical power is increased by 1.5x the amount of Magical Lifesteal you have.
Y10 Polynomicon
PASSIVE - Using an ability gives your next Basic Attack within the next 8 seconds +75% of your Magical Power as additional Magical Damage. The effect can only apply once every 2 seconds.
S9 Divine Ruin
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your abilities have 40% reduced healing for 5 seconds.
Obsidian Shard
PASSIVE - Your first ability cast gains 20% Magical Penetration. This can only occur once every 10 seconds.
The last item to replace your boots varies depending on the situation and can be built anywhere in the build.
I go Plague first as it helps clear jungle camp quickly and will help you get to wave first and then you can use it again to take full-wave to get to level 2.
Then I start putting points into my 3 to get my lane clear started. I put at least 1 point into Mummify for situations that may need it. As I'm more focused on clearing and farming waves and poking when needed.
At one point, I put the 2nd point into my 1st ability that will allow me to take my own buff and harpies without any assistance from the jungle, allowing the jungle to focus on ganking or helping other lanes.
From then on I max out my 3 first, then my 2, then my 1, then my ultimate.
