Osiris is a solo lane bully that very few gods can hope to fight into. With several changes to items and buffs to Osiris I've changed how I build Osiris, level his abilities and play him in the late game.
This is what you should have at level 1 leaving your fountain. dont forget to grab your 2 and use it 4 times in fountain to stack your passive. Buy items while your 2 is on cooldown.
Warrior's Blessing
+75 Health +10 Physical & Magical Protection +25 Health Stolen And Mana Restored Upon Damaging An Enemy God, 10s Cooldown ROLE QUEST: SOLO Dealing damage to an enemy god provides 1 stack. This effect can only occur once every 10s. Getting a Kill or Assist on an Enemy god provides 3 stacks. At 15 Stacks Warrior's Blessing Evolves, gaining +15 Physical and Magical Protection.

This consumable heals 250 Health over 25 seconds per use. Comes with 3 uses that are refilled if you enter the Fountain, sells for 0 gold.

Your strongest once youve got beserkers and ninja tabi, and honestly 1v2's isnt out of the question depending on how your fighting agianst. Beserkers is good enough that its still better to go it then a magical protection item versus mages or guardians.

PASSIVE - Melee Basic Attacks decreases enemy Physical protections by 7, and increase your physical protection by 5 for 3s (max. 2 Stacks).
Runic Shield
AURA - Enemy gods within 55 units have their Magical Power reduced by 50.
This is what your build looks like before you start selling items. Of course your can change the order of items for what you need as well as an item or two, but the idea of the late game build that your building into is to be protecting your adc and mage. While in the early game its to kill people. Build for what you need to do that.
Pestilence (old)
AURA - Enemy gods within 55 units have their healing reduced by 25%. This does not stack with similar Auras.
Void Shield
AURA - Enemy gods within 55 units have their Physical Protection reduced by 10%.
Witchblade
AURA - Enemies within 55 units have their Attack Speed reduced by 25%.

This is what the full build looks like. Everything about this build is purposed to reduce an opponents ability to kill and dive your damage dealers, and with Osiris's slows and damage reduction from his 3 thats what you'll be doing. Fighting around your carries and targeting who's ever on them first. With high attack speed builds, along with %pen and stacking protection reductions being build ive find that going for a high health build along with the attack speed reduction to be some of the best options. Along with Osiris's passive the high high health still ends up giving you a lot of effective health. Before the nerf of solo reaver this build probably would not be as effective how ever. Witchblade and midguardian may give health but they also reduce attack speeds to getting hit buy qins isnt as strong against as you would think. Here you would sell beserkers for Void Stone, and Ninja tabi for witchblade. you have 20% movespeed between witchblade and stone cutting as well as movespeed from hitting your 2, so you can afford to switch out items before getting speed potion, and thats the better play, getting your auras finished. For relic choices your free to pick what ever. Heavenly wings, Shell, and Horrific are good choices depending on whos a bigger threat to your carries. You could also get sunder with the amount of physical shred you have that all stacks up and you are fully capable of shredding a high protection tanky target that may be the issue for your carries. This playstyle may not work as well with backline supports like Geb and Khepri who are trying to do the same things as you are, but with how common aggressive supports, especially assassin supports, you can fill that role of backline peel better then most characters designed for that role.
I've found that after the damage buffs to his 1 and 2 coming into season 6, that the three has level value in the early game compared to how much pressure you can get from just hitting harder more often. So i no longer pick up my 3 until my 1+2 are maxed, prioritizing my 1. of course if you can hit Osiris 1, your not going to perform well on him, much like thanatos. So get comfortable with just throwing the ability on cooldown. Osiris isnt a burst character, he kills your little by little until you are unable to fight him and when you try to run away your slowed so much you cant. thats how you should play osiris. you should also exploit minion aggro to get the enemy melee minions to stand next to the archers. osiris is fully capable of fighting in the enemy wave and using cleave autos to clear the wave instead of abilities.
