This is the main build I use for her since it works pretty well. She struggles a bit with cooldowns early and relies heavily on her 3 (Erratic Behavior) for cooldown. The only issue with that is, is that it is her escape if she finds herself in danger. So being forced to use it for cooldown VS a leap kind of sucks. Putting some early cooldown in her build doesn't hurt and helps you stay alive.
Build 1 gives you 20% CDR pretty early without sacrificing much power for the CD.
Build 2 focuses more on full cooldown to utilize her abilities for Crowd Control to help out her teammates. Her 2 (Strife) is a huge team fight ability since it forces enemies with Madness. Being able to spam her Ult (Golden Apple of Discord) in each team fight is important too. Bouts of AoE damage, Cripple, and Intoxication.
Build 3 for antiheal if the enemies have healers | lifesteal.
Build 4 Basically just f' em up.

PASSIVE - If you receive a kill or assist on an Enemy God all of your non-ultimate cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds and your ultimate cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds.
Y10 Soul Gem
PASSIVE - On successful hit of an Ability you gain 1 stack. At 3 Stacks your next Ability that damages an enemy God will deal bonus damage equal to 20% of your Magical power to each God hit, and will heal yourself and allies within 20 units for 15 (+5 Per Level) and will consume the 3 stacks.
Gem of Isolation
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your damaging abilities will move 30% Slower and will have Shields applied on them reduced by 50% for 2.5 seconds. This can only occur once every 2.5 seconds.
Soul Reaver
PASSIVE - Your abilities deal an additional 1% of the target's maximum Health as Magical Damage. If the target has over 2000 Health, your ability bonus damage scales up. This effect reaches a maximum of 9% Maximum Health damage at 2750 Health. Subsequent hits on the same target do half the bonus damage for the next 3s.
Rod of Tahuti
PASSIVE - Basic Attacks and Abilities gain 15% additional Magical Power against targets below 60% Health.

PASSIVE - Every 10s the Pendant activates, subtracting 1s from all of your abilities currently on Cooldown. The initial countdown will not start until you leave the fountain.
Spear of Desolation
PASSIVE - If you receive a kill or assist on an Enemy God all of your non-ultimate cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds and your ultimate cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds.
Y10 Bancroft's Talon
PASSIVE - You gain additional Magical Power and Lifesteal scaled from missing Health. This caps at 70 power and 10% Lifesteal at 40% Health.

Since you're sacrificing your second item for a team item (Antiheal) rush a bit of cooldown to compensate afterwards. A Chronos Pendant works well here for its passive on top of the 20% it already has. Shamans ring for Discordia works pretty well since it debuffs the enemy. Since she only has a tiny leap as an escape the extra 10% speed may help her out.

Doom Orb
PASSIVE - Killing or assisting an enemy minion provides you with 1 stack, granting 1% Movement Speed and 4 Magical Power per stack. Stacks last for 15s and stack up to 5 times. Enemy gods provide 5 stacks.

Focus leveling her 1 (Unruly Magic) first since it's her clear and main poke if you can't land her 2 (Strife). Her mini's do a decent amount of damage mid/late game so they could help secure a kill for ya.
She's good against Gods without crazy CC. She can 'jump' abilities if timed correctly.
For the obvious reasons Discordia is weak against cripples, silences, most CC. Awilix because she can be pulled from her leap etc. Agni since his bomb take up the whole area of her 3 so regardless she isn't really safe. CC bad >:(
