Hello! I'm BigDeezy, I have over 9000 worshipers on Nike and have topped the god leader board for at least a week every split since spring season 4.
I myself am currently diamond in ranked and still play Nike because I often win games with her and this build.
I have shared this build with friends in lower ranked games and it has been very effective!
so I wanted to share it with you all here!
This build is effective as far as I know up to diamond ranked games, I haven't had any issues yet so I still use it.
In lower ranked divisions Bronze-Gold you can win games alone by building this way and either destroying the enemy solo or by winning later on by just being a back line killer, I have 3 friends who struggled in bronze and reached high silver and low gold by playing Nike and using my build.
I have won games single handedly in plat but that could just be my experience with the goddess,but that just means it's super effective there too.
This build is to help Nike be more than a passive for your team, it's a great way to be a good distraction and lead the charge. This helps Nike feel more fun and interactive
this build is all about being up and in the fight. By putting pressure on the enemy backline you can turn the fight to allow your team to free cast and focus targets while the enemy tries to peel you off.
Blink is used to start a siege or a team fight by blinking in and having about 4500 health in the middle of the tower or by the carry and mid lane.

this is my standard start. Warriors is a must buy but i also buy iron mail for the health and because first building mystical mail will win you lane against most enemies. (even against magical solos)
Mystical Mail
AURA - ALL enemies within 25 units are dealt 20 (+1.5 Per Level) Magical Damage per second.

PASSIVE - If you are hit by a Knockup, Knockback, Pull, or Grab you gain 7% of your max Health over the next 5 seconds. You gain 15 Physical Power and 25 Magical Power while this effect is not on cooldown. This effect does not trigger on Vortexes. Can only occur once every 15s. PASSIVE - Regenerates 0.4% of your max health every second.
mystical mail increases your damage per second and per minute substantially.
it also grants 300 health and 40 phys. protections.
!!!it will help you clear the wave without using rend!!!
This means you can use rend for damage on either the totem, a camp or the enemy solo.
Next up. Warrior tabi.
boots are always a buy until you can afford the speed potion.
Warriors provides 40 power, this increases your damage on basic attacks by 40.
!!!DO NOT REND THE WAVE once you have boots, your cleave autos and mystical mail will clear it plenty fast!!!
The last core item is stone of Gaia, i get a lot of questions about why i use this item when Nike has 50 hp5 already.
There are 3 reasons.
1, lane and fight sustain, at level 20 with 3290 health you regen almost 26 health a second, that is 1560 health a minute. this allows you to stay in lane or move from objective to a team fight without having to back.
2, your ult, scales off of your health this adds 240 shield health at level 20.
3, your ult lasts 10 seconds, so if the enemy can't break your shield then you just gained 260 health for free.
(this is not counting the extra regen from stone of Gaia's second passive, which just makes it even better)
These base items are great for staying in fights and in lane. I ALWAYS BUILD THESE
healing = pestilence
slower teammates (ah puch/amc/zeus...etc) = talisman of energy
genji's guard is if neither of those situations are met.
Pestilence (old)
AURA - Enemy gods within 55 units have their healing reduced by 25%. This does not stack with similar Auras.
Genji's Guard
PASSIVE - When you take Magical Damage from Abilities your cooldowns are reduced by 3s. This can only occur once every 30s.
Talisman of Energy
PASSIVE - Getting a kill or assist on enemies causes you and allies within 70 units to gain stacks of energy. Energy stacks provide 3% Movement Speed, 3% Attack Speed, and 15MP5 per stack. Lasts 10s and stacks up to 4 times. Killing or Assisting an enemy God provides maximum stacks.
OLD Hide of the Nemean Lion
PASSIVE - Every 8 seconds you gain a block stack if you have at least 80 total Protections from items and abilities, preventing 65% of the next Basic Attack's damage. For each additional 80 total Protections from items and abilities the max. stacks increases, up to a cap of 3.

if the enemy team is a high auto attack team build hide, it'll will also help you kill their backline.
the other 2 are optional if they aren't a heavy auto team.

Hide of the Urchin
PASSIVE - You gain +3 Magical Protection and +3 Physical Protection for each god kill or assist. At 7 stacks this item Evolves, providing a Health Shield that gains stacks every 2s. Shield only stacks if you have not taken or dealt damage in the last 5s. Each stack provides 10% of 100 Health +5 Per Level.
Standard end game build, if it goes longer sell your boots for a movement speed potion and buy something else. i recommend more defense but some penetration and power can be very helpful!
Rend - is Nike's main way to clear the wave and box in lane.
upgrading it twice at level 3 increases clear time drastically and will often take your lane opponent by surprise if you use it against them. WARNING, this means you wont have your leap to get away!!!! if you're against someone like Hades or Herc who can interrupt you get the leap at level 3.
Plan of Action - increases rend's damage output substantially, and when you upgrade it, it will match rend's cool-down. it also provides 30hp5 meaning you heal 6 health a second, (at level 20 you naturally have 50 so you'll gain 10 instead of 6)
It also increases your leaps travel speed and damage
It gives a bonus 20% shield to your ult as well.
Valiant Leap - while it is Nike's worst clear ability, it is extremely useful for 3 things.
1- the knock up, perfect set up move.
2- as an escape, obviously a good way to escape is to jump over a wall. (if you really need to get out use the buffed version of the leap by using plan of action with it)
3- a dodge, the leap is extremely slow and can be used to dodge charging ults ie: Susanno or Scylla.
4- Sentinel of Zeus, a power house of an ultimate. late game it grants you a 40-60% health over shield, this is an amazing blink ult combo for initiating a siege on a tower or phoenix.
(this is after building core items)
the solo lane gods here are easy to box out
mages and hunters are easy to fight later on in team fights
the jungle gods are also easy to 1 v 2 in lane if you're ahead or full health with ult up
These always give me a lot of trouble in laning phase, just hold out till team fights later on, that's why health regen is important if you get bullied in lane
