My general use Tiamat build; focuses on CDR to maximize stance switches and keep up pressure. Additional focuses are strong passives with her abilities and adding a little bulk to maximize hardened scales. Early game you want to play safe but late game is where she shines and can survive many team fights and put out a lot of damage. I've had the most success with Shroud as my starter however I do end up selling it in most games for my last slot item which is generally a flex choice for more power, pen, anti heal or protections. Boots are sold for Deso once I grab speed elixir, this keeps up full CDR while giving more pen and power. For relics I’ve found myself utilizing blink quite a bit depending on enemy comp. Otherwise I typically use beads and aegis unless I need a specific relic for an opponent comp. Also never forget about your passive! Using your 1 in ground stance will copy the buff for yourself and drop the buff still for someone else. This also means you can have two buffs at once! Endgame you can ult spam in both stances if you build CDR, and your 2 summon from your Flying ultimate is extremely useful for self peel and setting up kills.
General Starter - Shroud adds A LOT of survivability early game and helps with farm, generally I sell it late game instead of upgrading however. Shroud can still be used as it does have powerful passives, I just prefer other options. Lost Artifact to either grab chronos or tahuti early on and help with her mana regen. Soul Gem procs quite frequently and adds a little more bulk with the heals and life steal, plus a little CDR. I like Charon's Coin and Gem of Iso as at allows you to keep up with enemies and secure kills.

Y10 Soul Gem
PASSIVE - On successful hit of an Ability you gain 1 stack. At 3 Stacks your next Ability that damages an enemy God will deal bonus damage equal to 20% of your Magical power to each God hit, and will heal yourself and allies within 20 units for 15 (+5 Per Level) and will consume the 3 stacks.
Rod of Tahuti
PASSIVE - Basic Attacks and Abilities gain 15% additional Magical Power against targets below 60% Health.
Gem of Isolation
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your damaging abilities will move 30% Slower and will have Shields applied on them reduced by 50% for 2.5 seconds. This can only occur once every 2.5 seconds.
Charon's Coin
PASSIVE - On god kill or assist a coin is flipped. If heads, you gain a stack of 7 HP5. If tails, you gain a stack of 2% Movement Speed. Each effect can stack up to 4 times and at 8 stacks this item evolves. You also gain 15 gold every time the coin is flipped.
OLD Vampiric Shroud
PASSIVE - Damaging any enemies with an ability gives you bonus 6 health and 3 mana. Can only trigger once per target per ability.

Chalice of the Oracle
This consumable places a ward that allows you to see normal enemy movements with 45 units. It does respect line of sight and can't see through walls or stealth. It remains for 3 minutes or until killed. Comes with 2 uses that are refilled in Fountain, sells for 0 gold.
These are items I use when counter building, these flex in the last spot or I sell shroud for them. Some can also replace boots, I prefer to keep up full CDR so keep in mind you are losing some with selling boots. Some things like Thoth can be built earlier in place of another item for stacking.
Mantle of Discord
PASSIVE - If you take damage below 40% health you unleash a shockwave that stuns all enemies within a range of 20 units for 1s and become immune to Crowd Control for 1s. This effect cannot trigger more than once every 110s.
S9 Divine Ruin
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your abilities have 40% reduced healing for 5 seconds.
S7 Staff of Myrddin
PASSIVE - When your Ultimate ability has finished casting, your next non-ultimate ability cast within the next 10s will have no cooldown but will only deal 70% of its normal damage and healing. This can only occur once every 45 seconds.
Y10 Book of Thoth
PASSIVE - You permanently gain 7 Mana per Stack, and receive 5 Stacks for a god kill and 1 Stack for a minion kill (max. 75 Stacks). You gain Magical Power equal to 4% of your Mana from items. At 75 stacks this item Evolves, gaining 10 Magical Penetration and Increasing the Magical Power gained from Mana to 7%.
Evolved Hide of the Urchin
PASSIVE - Provides a Health Shield that gains stacks every 2s. Shield only stacks if you have not taken or dealt damage in the last 5s. Each stack provides 10% of 100 Health +5 Per Level. The full shield will regenerate after 20 seconds.
Void Doumaru
AURA - Enemy gods within 55 units have their Magical Protection reduced by 10%.
Jade Emperor's Crown
AURA - Enemy gods within 40 units have their Physical Power reduced by 15%.
Spear of Desolation
PASSIVE - If you receive a kill or assist on an Enemy God all of your non-ultimate cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds and your ultimate cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds.
I focus on leveling my 1 first for wave clear and copying jungle buffs, take dive 3rd so I have all 6 abilities between the 2 stances available. After this I level ult whenever I am able and focus on 1-2-3.
