If you get picked to play support, immediately pick Atlas. Hes one of the best supports there is.

Once the game starts, follow the build and leveling tree.

As Atlas, you want to play very aggressive from the very start. If you play aggressive, youll stack your Prophetic cloak very quickly.

Dont forget to combo your skills and basic attacks for huge dmg on enemy gods.

Notes

First you want to start with skill 3 (high dmg for early kill on camps + movement speed to lane with carry), then level your 2 skill for grabbing enemies.

Then the 1 skill for dmg, wave clearing.

After that you want to level up your 3 skill to max, then 1 and lastly 2.

When you get the chance to learn or level your ultimate, dont hesitate and level it.
