Mace Bros - NA-West
So far this I what I'm having the most success with.
This build will get you to max attack speed with big crits.

Basic Attacks that deal damage in an AoE restore less health (75% for Melee Attacks, 50% for Ranged Attacks) for each enemy hit after the first. Can be upgraded at level 20.

Envenomed Deathbringer
PASSIVE - Critical Strike bonus damage dealt is increased by 25%. <n>GLYPH - Successfully hitting an Enemy God with a Critical Strike will afflict them with poison for 3s. This poison reduces their healing by 40% and Shields applied on them are reduced by 50%.

PASSIVE - Your Basic Attacks benefit from an additional 16% Physical Penetration.

The poison hard counters Skadi dog (Kaldr)
Also poison will reveal stealth gods.
