So you wanna become the best Birdman there is well look no further. This build is what i personally run in ranked and have no trouble winning and carrying games as support.
With this build i am able to solo carry's with just starter and boots (not all the time)

Starting phase
As normal you will start with your 1 and head to purple make sure to stand in all 3 minions to knock them all up now pull away slightly to make sure your ranged gust basic hits all 3 minions after that focus the main big minion and if the carry has good enough clear you can make it to lane without loosing a minion (losing 1 is fine too)
From this point depending how much dmg you have taken you might want to pop your first health pot

Lane Phase
Okay so now the fun begins now you wanna try and clear the wave before the enemy to hopefully hit level2 off the first wave. If you hit level 2 on first wave and havent taken too much damage you are in a strong position ( if you have pull back a little and pop your 2nd safety pot and play safe till you get to level 2)
Once at level 2 you have 2 choices slot your 2 (your stun) or your 3 (your heal & escape) so depending on how the lane phase went you slot accordingly. Assuming things have gone well you have slotted your 2 now you can annoy the enemy, At this point assess if the carry or the support is the weak link and pick which ever is easiest to lock down (Remember at this point you can be aggresive because you still have your shell however make sure not to be too agressive and give up that sweet first blood)

Notes

To Start out with you are gunna wanna buy 2 health pots because depending on the carry you can lose a lot of health on the purple buff camp
