PASSIVE - Your abilities deal an additional 1% of the target's maximum Health as Magical Damage. If the target has over 2000 Health, your ability bonus damage scales up. This effect reaches a maximum of 9% Maximum Health damage at 2750 Health. Subsequent hits on the same target do half the bonus damage for the next 3s.
Chronos Pendant is enought cooldown reduction to me cause his 1 have 6 sec coolown when it's main source of damages to me , like He bo 1 or Vulcain 1 as well , Rejuvenating Heart is very good on her ult and 2 since they heal and she will allmost everytime get free stacks with all his ranges spells and auto after her 1 ect , Polynomicon is good to finish off peopls after doing the whole combo and she get clean auto's as well for it , Rod of Tahuti for burst to even more one shot , and Soul Reaver to do more damages on tanky gods and especify on his ult since you get million tick damage so Soul Reaver pop off really hard on his ult
if u asking " why do i max healing second ? " it's just cause maxing Rainbow Crash doesn't up particular effects it's just damage and it's scaling is 75% when Lunar Invocation is only 70% so just -5% , it's not a big deal loss , when Lunar Invocation get more heal when u max it out , but yeah you max it after maxing your 1 , cause thats her main source of damage cause she can spam it litteraly every 6 sec .
