The builds of the adcs depends on the feelings, or the match ups. Sometimes you would like to rush devos or if you are suffering in lane or you have to back early without the gold for devos you can take boots as first item.
As third item there are different options:
-Failnot: Crit build followed with the stars and ended with a berserker or atalanta/ Against a tanky enemy team isnt worth it
-Ichaival: Instead of odissey and you would buy it as last item if you dont need another thing, the rest of the build is the same./Good lane fight but in late game its worse than other items
-Berserker-If you are getting camped or you want to feel save (Clearly when there are 3 physicals at least).
-Odyssey/Quins-Good clear and pressure on lane and good on teamfights/Good damage and pressure on lane.
quins and atalanta would be the next items in all the builds except the crit one and building quins as third item because you would like odyssey or even berserker and then atalanta.
As the last item you can opt for fail-not, silverbranch, berserker, odyssey, ichaival (You would prefer it on early but it can be a viable in late)
Strange case: You are so behind for some reason and you would buy bloodforge instead of devos (Only if you are far behind from the other adc in early)
Max your 2 as far as you can, then the ult, your 3 and your 1

He is a solid pick and its good against almost all the gods.
Anhur is a clear counter to hachi because of the knockup, you cant dash a heim in most of the cases, and the same with apollo, if you dash he is going to 2 you and you will be in a disadvantage against him.
