Bancrofts is pretty key because of her passive.
You can swap out some things. The proc' on Soul Gem is pretty gross.
If you feel like you don't need to CDR w/ Chronos Pendant a Charon's coin for that extra damage is really nice also.

Bancroft's Talon
PASSIVE - You gain additional Magical Power and Lifesteal scaled from missing Health. This caps at 100 power and 20% Lifesteal at 25% Health.

Soul Gem
PASSIVE - On successful hit of an Ability you gain 1 stack. At 4 Stacks your next Ability that damages an enemy God will deal bonus damage equal to 30% of your Magical power to each God hit, and will heal yourself and allies within 20 units for 40% of your Magical Power and will consume the 4 stacks.

Chronos' Pendant
PASSIVE - Every 10s the Pendant activates, subtracting 1s from all of your abilities currently on Cooldown. The initial countdown will not start until you leave the fountain.

Obsidian Shard
PASSIVE - Your first ability cast gains 10% Magical Penetration. This can only occur once every 10 seconds.

Rod of Tahuti
PASSIVE - Basic Attacks and Abilities gain 25% additional Magical Power against targets below 50% Health.

Doom Orb
PASSIVE - Killing or assisting an enemy minion provides you with 1 stack, granting 1% Movement Speed and 4 Magical Power per stack. Stacks last for 15s and stack up to 5 times. Enemy gods provide 5 stacks.

Leveling up your one is your main clear. When you arrive in the mode you're playing for instance arena, make sure to plant your garden before minions spawn. This way they'll be at last Flower stage and able to chase down enemies when your teammates are clearing the first wave and attacking minions. 10 extra little helpers doing damage. Ezpz.
2nd - Your plants do a shit ton of damage and if landed basically just destroy whoever is in them. Leveling them first for poke in laning phase is pretty good. Up to you whatever you feel comfortable landing.
