Loki Union - NA-West
This is a build for all you fellas out there who want to become Loki mains, or just learn how to play him properly, who knows.
Making this and hoping it can help some people out this patch, upvotes will be very appreciated!
For your jungle starters, you'll mostly be picking Bumba's Dagger, which will be useful for sustain in the early game. And later on in the early game, upgraded to a Bumba's Hammer, which'll help with cooldowns and more powerful auto attacks/cancels.
Eye of the Jungle is also a viable option, since it'll help with visibility... If your team's not warding.
Later on, that should be upgraded to a Seer of the Jungle, which'll help even more with visibility. Loki isn't a brawling character Protector of the Jungle won't be very useful as you're trying to kill someone and get out.
For your first item, you'll be getting Jottun's Wrath. Later on, you can get the glyph: Jottun's Vigor, which will help a lot with healing in case you need so.

For potions, you can get 1 health pot and 2 multis (If you're going Eye of the Jungle). Or vice-versa, 2 health pots and 1 multi (If you're going Bumba's Dagger).
Bumba's Dagger
PASSIVE - Your Basic Attacks deal +25 True Damage and your Abilities deal +35% Damage versus Jungle Monsters. When you kill a Jungle Monster you are restored for 10% of the Monster's Health and 25 Mana. Can be upgraded at level 20.
Bumba's Hammer
PASSIVE - After casting an ability your next Basic Attack deals an additional 70 True Damage. After hitting a Basic Attack empowered by Bumba’s Hammer, your active cooldowns are reduced by 0.5s and you are healed for 80 Health.
Eye of the Jungle
PASSIVE - You deal 30% increased damage to Jungle Monsters. Upon defeating a Large Jungle Monster you place a ward at its location that lasts for 30 seconds. While in the jungle you gain +20 HP5 and +15 MP5 Can be upgraded at level 20.
Seer of the Jungle
PASSIVE - You deal 35% increased damage to Jungle Monsters and Jungle Bosses. Upon defeating a Large Jungle Monster or Jungle Boss, you gain the ability to see wards for 30s.
Mace
Healing Potion
This consumable heals 250 Health over 25 seconds.
Multi Potion
This consumable heals 125 Health and 75 Mana over 25 seconds.
Depending on the enemy's composition, you can go either The Crusher or Brawler's Beat Stick. If you need anti-heal in line.
Bumba's Hammer
PASSIVE - After casting an ability your next Basic Attack deals an additional 70 True Damage. After hitting a Basic Attack empowered by Bumba’s Hammer, your active cooldowns are reduced by 0.5s and you are healed for 80 Health.

PASSIVE - For 8s after using an ability, your next Basic Attack will deal an additional 30% damage. Abilities that function like basic attacks do not benefit from this. PASSIVE - This item grants 2.5 MP5 per 10% of your missing Mana.
Y10 Serrated Edge
PASSIVE - For every non-ultimate ability on cooldown you gain a stack of Cruelty. Each stack provides 7 Physical Power and 2% Physical Lifesteal.
Dominance
PASSIVE - Your Basic Attacks benefit from an additional 20% Physical Penetration.

Y10 Blink Rune
Using this item will allow you to teleport up to 45 units away instantly. This item can not be used if you have taken or dealt damage in the last 3s. Cooldown - 140s.
Y10 Purification Beads
Using this item removes Crowd Control Effects and makes you immune to new ones for 2s. Cooldown - 170s.
Y10 Aegis Amulet
Using this item makes you invulnerable to damage and healing for 1.5s, and prevents you from taking any actions. You may still move. Cooldown - 170s.
For Loki's relics, Blink Rune as a first relic will be mandatory, you wont need beads as much in the early game as you can use your ult to escape.
At LV.12, you'll be getting Purification Beads, which'll later on be upgraded to a Temporal Beads.
You can also get Aegis Amulet if you ever need it. If you want to upgrade it, its up to you.
In the jungle you will always be leveling your Flurry Strike/3 at LV.1
When reaching LV.2 in the first wave, you will level your Vanish/1 next. It'll be useful if you need to get out of the lane right away or engage, as the Damage Per Tick is quite effective early, mid, and even late game.
You won't be leveling your Flurry Strike/3 as much in the early game since it'll mostly be utilized for it's slows and auto-cancels but it will help you clear Jungle Camps mid-game. And in the early-game, you'll only need 2 Points into it.
Your Agonizing Visions/2 will be mostly utilized for proxing Hydra's Lament, Body-Blocking, or Stealth Split-Pushing (Late game).
You won't be engaging many fights with your Assassinate/4/Ult, as it's better used as an escape or a counter-cc. But it can be powerful late game as a 4, 1- auto, 2- auto, 3 -cancel, auto Combo can kill basically any squishy late game, that is, if they don't have Beads nor Aegis up.
Loki revolves around his Vanish, any character that can potentially take that away from him its a no-no. Cripples, Slows and Stuns can also mess you up a lot.
Basically just save your Assassinate against characters with leaps or any form of escape. Loki can also kill any character with little to no form of escape very easily.
