If you expect a full dmg Hades build you can leave. I always consider Hades a hybrid solo laner. Going full dmg with him, will always be wrong imo. Maybe you can do it now just because Bancroft glyph (the shield one) is op, but it already got nerfed and probably will receive more nerfs in future updates, so I will show the true Hades build because I'm sure that once bancroft glyph dies everybody will say that Hades is bad again, but wrong, theyre just building it badly.

Hades is like magical warrior, his playstyle requires to be on melee range the whole game but he needs some dmg to pressure people in early and do decent dmg to carries in late game with his main combo (although you can surely oneshot someone if they get your full combo, blink+2+3+thorns+ult)

Notes

The best hybrid starter rn is tainted. Vampiric rn is a trash starter, Axe you dont get that much value from it with Hades and you dont need something like conduit because you already have pressure with Hades and you'll lose the chance of having a great starter in late.

Notes

With this build you have a good amount of power and a lot of antihealing, which is very important to have specially against adc's because they will try to get lifesteal from you while you are channeling your ultimate. Finish the build with renewal in case youre more afraid of the physical dmg or finish it with voidstone in case you think magicals are the problem. If you dont need that much antihealing, you can replace your pestilence for bulwark, but I usually run this build because adcs always build a lot of sustain. In teamfights try to blink on the carry + 2 + thorns+ 4, then if they beads or try to jump out of our ult, you can still follow them with your 1, which will slow them and then 3 them. Don't be afraid of trying to ult multiple people, if you can ult 5 people, just do it, if they try to burn you down, you'll still do a lot of dmg with your ult and with your thorns before dying and if your team follows your engage, you'll certainly win the teamfight.

Prioritize your 3, then your ultimate whenever you can, then your 1 and finally your 2. Many people lvls the 2 before the 3 but I think you lose a lot of dmg by doing that and if youre not going full dmg is not worth. In early try to group minions and apply your passive to deal more dmg for better push and heal yourself. Also you can play for the poke style, by trying to apply your passive to the enemy solo and once the get closer to the wave, you can fear them and apply your passive to the melee minions at the same time so you have a free hit with your 3 with multiple passive procs, which will certainly do a great dmg.
