This tier list is based on my Ranked games and my experience as a support. There's a lot of room for improvements but overall idea and placemenets should be clear.
These gods require a nerf.
These gods are a must pick/ban.
These gods are very strong with the current meta. They have a good pressure and are able to force a lot of relics safely.
These gods bring a lot of utility to the team.
These gods are always a good pick. They have a good CC, good control of team fights but rarely carry games.
These gods are decent in any scenario. They have CC, they can peel and tank well.
These gods can be very good at the support role, if they have a little bit of help from team mates.
These gods can be tricky to play in the support role. You need to be very careful with ganks and falling behind.
These gods bring little to the table in terms of CC, making them a weak duo lane partner and a bad late game support.
These gods should not be played in the support role. They require a composition built around them and a high level of skill to pull it off.
