These gods share many of the same factors as those in S+ but either have slightly more skins or haven't been around as long as them. Still a high Priority

Either a new(ish) god that just deserves another skin, or relatively low on skins compared to other gods.

Just the average god with a normal amount of skins, doesn't matter too much if they get a new one.

Only give them a new skin if its a community skin, otherwise they have too many.
