all of these gods are situational, they are mostly played to counter pick one god or a whole draft. All of these gods can be flex picked into a few different roles and so I will give a further explanation
Odin has high damage potential and has typically been played in jungle or solo, but can also make a great support. Odin's alt counters all anti heal and can trap enemy teams caught off guard. He is very situational because he does not do well into AA focused drafts or Jormungandr. However he excels at countering healers.
Ne Zha is a good flex pick and can play around your team comp he can be played as a annoying solo, a crit or hybrid based jungler or an aggressive support
Serqet is a great pick for heal focused drafts and can be played as a jungler or support
Achilles is very good into Cthulhu and Khepri as a counter
Baron Samedi is a overall good counter pick god whether you play him support solo or mid
