Sapato do Foco - Atualmente melhor sapato, com poucas exceções, mana + cdr

Pingente de Cronos - cdr + MP5 (regenaração de mana)

Cajado de Mirmidon - Após ultar sua próxima skill não entra no cooldown (porém dará dano reduzido).

Lança da Desolação - Penetração, ao pegar kill reduz todos os intervalos em 2s. Penetração fixa, melhor em inimigos com pouca defesa mágica.

Pedra da Alma - Lifesteal + CDR. Após 4 habilidades que deem dano num inimigo, aumenta o dano da próxima habilidade e cura em área. Boa para deuses que usam muitas habilidades.

Garra de Bancrot - Roubo de vida + poder ao perder vida. Costuma-se colocar em diversas builds com o objetivo de poder fácil.

Peça Pitagórica - Penetração por % e roubo de vida em aura. Maior % de roubo de vida do jogo.

Polinomicon - Próximo ataque básico causa em dano % do seu poder máximo. Bom em personagens que usam combos com longos intervalos de tempo entre eles.

Garra de Tufão - Amplifica dano com base na % de roubo de vida. Item de uso bem específico.

Anel de Hécate - Roubo de vida + velocidade de ataque. Útil para adcs mágicos (Freya/Chrono/Sunna/Olorum)

Gema da Isolação - Suas skills causam lentidão ao darem dano.

Ruina Divina - Sua skills de dano diminuem os efeitos de cura no inimigo.

Cajado Etéreo - Rouba porcentagem da vida máxima de um inimigo temporariamente.

Triturador de Almas - Suas skills dão dano extra com base na vida máxima do inimigo. Quanto maior a vida máxima, maior o dano (escala até 7% em inimigos com 2750 de hp ou mais).

Lança do Sábio - Penetração fixa, aumenta o dano de skills que dão dot (damage over time, dano ao longo do tempo) a cada hit. Bom para deuses cuja principal skill de dano é dot ou possui várias skills de dot.

Fragmento de Obsidiana - 20% de penetração mágica, +10% em uma skill a cada 10s.

Moeda de Caronte - Poder + Pen, a cada kill ou assist ganha velocidade de movimento ou HP5.
