This Build is focused on snowballing. It will maximize your ability damage and cooldown but leaves you with only your axestance sustain. If the lane is going bad I recommend against going Fail-Not and instead switching into an more Sustain+AA Heavy Build.

Notes

Mages Blessing allows you to clear quickly and gives you 10% CDR once fully stacked allowing you to hit 40% CDR very quickly into the build. Morningstart Builds into Transcendence which is core and gives you some mana sustain. You are going to use a lot of abilities so you also should get two mana potions. This leaves you with only 2 Health potions because of that you are going to need to play carefull in the early game poke when you can but don't take any unnecessary poke in return.

Counter to popular believe despite this being an ability based build I feel it holds up better in late game compared to autoattack focused build simply because it affords much more safety. All your axe-stance abilities provide either peel or escape potential. Having them up more often makes a noticable difference and your burst will be much higher even in the late game.

PASSIVE - Successfully Hitting an Enemy God with a Critical Strike will subtract 3s from all of your abilities currently on Cooldown, except your Ultimate ability. This effect can only happen once every 5s.

Notes

On your first back if you have enough money and don't think you are going to need the mobility you can finish Transcendence. If you don't have enough money to finish Transcendence or want to be ssafe build Ninja Tabi. Don't build Warrior Tabi this build is low on attack speed already and ninja tabi are generally flat out better for hunter's even when they go ability based. The added 100 mana for synergy with Transcendence are a nice bonus.
When you finish Fail-Not you are going to be at 40% CDR with your stacked Mages Blessing and Transcendence. At this point you are going to decide wether you need Titans Bane already or you can wait for your percentage penetration and go Crusher for monstrous damage against squishies. Either way take the one you didn't build 4th and build it in 5th place. Don't go Executioner. It takes to long to stack the passive and you are looking for massive burst damage with your abilities.
Finish your build with Malice. At 45% crit chance you are always going to proc it and Ullr's Cooldowns are just long enough that even with the 5 second cooldown on the malice passive you are alway going to proc it on every ability you use. 30% CDR + Malice passive(-3 seconds) equals about 50% CDR on Ullr. Don't build Malice before Fail-Not you need a certain amount of crit chance to consistently proc the passive.

Notes

If the game goes long enough to replace your boots there are several options with this build. Asi is by far my preferred option. You lose only 3 power and gain 15 penetration + 20% Life Steal fixing your sustain that you previously had to make up for with your axe-stance passive.
Odysseus Bow work well with your high power and pentration as well as giving you even more attack speed. Finally Deathbringer makes your Crit's hit even harder making for Insane burst of off any stun but it lowers your attack speed so much that I wouldn't recommend it.
