Relics if you want to be aggressive go Blink / Beads for safety.

Eye of the Jungle
PASSIVE - You deal 30% increased damage to Jungle Monsters. Upon defeating a Large Jungle Monster you place a ward at its location that lasts for 30 seconds. While in the jungle you gain +20 HP5 and +15 MP5 Can be upgraded at level 20.

Mace

Wing Shard
Your Movement Speed is increased by 10% and your Attack Speed is increased by 40% for the next 3s. Shard Relics can be upgraded to a new Relic once you reach Level 12. Cooldown - 120s.

Healing Potion
This consumable heals 250 Health over 25 seconds.

Mana Potion
This consumable heals 150 Mana over 25 seconds.

Purification Beads
Using this item removes Crowd Control Effects and makes you immune to new ones for 2s. Cooldown - 170s.

Blink Rune
Using this item will allow you to teleport up to 45 units away instantly. This item can not be used if you have taken or dealt damage in the last 3s. Cooldown - 140s.
Full build / If you don't want to go Malicious go Jotunn's Cunning they practically do the same thing. Also, if you don't want to have this much critical strike. Remove rage and go either Serrated Edge or Heartseeker.

Hydra's Lament
PASSIVE - For 8s after using an ability, your next Basic Attack will deal an additional 30% damage. Abilities that function like basic attacks do not benefit from this. PASSIVE - This item grants 2.5 MP5 per 10% of your missing Mana.

Evolved Rage

Malicious Deathbringer
PASSIVE - Critical Strike bonus damage dealt is increased by 25%. <n>GLYPH - Successfully hitting an Enemy God with a Critical Strike will subtract 1s from all of your abilities currently on cooldown, except your ultimate ability.

Brawler's Beat Stick
PASSIVE - Enemies hit by your Abilities have 40% reduced healing for 5 seconds. Getting a kill or assist on an enemy god creates a field that lasts 10s, providing allies within it 20 Power + 2 Per level. This effect can only occur once every 10 seconds.

Protector of the Jungle
PASSIVE - While in the jungle you gain 15% Power and 7% Protections.

Temporal Beads
Using this item removes Crowd Control Effects and makes you immune to new ones for 2s. Additionally, your active cooldowns are reduced by 3s on use. Cooldown - 140s.

Corrupted Blink Rune
Using this item will allow you to teleport up to 45 units away instantly. This item can not be used if you have taken or dealt damage in the last 3s. On teleporting, slow all enemies’ Movement Speed and Attack Speed by 15% within a 25 unit radius for 2.5s. Cooldown - 120s.

Awilix- Ult counters Serq 3 /
Susano- 3rd ability can chase if he lands it on you and you go over a wall.
Fenrir- Can chase you in your 1 and chase over walls & his ult can get you caught out.
Thor cancels your 3 & out pokes you and can ult chase.
Agni- out ranges you even if you get close he's hard to keep up with.
Kuku- Just beads ults if you ult him.
Thoth- Out ranges you and pokes to much.
