This effect reaches a maximum of 6% Maximum Health damage at 400 Physical Power. Subsequent hits on the same target do 75% bonus damage for the next 3s.

Notes

Extremely good level 2 when first entering mid for an easy first blood. Mostly the build comes online with Hydras activated. Squishes die in 1 skill rotation during this time. Having Jotunn's is a must to get your CDs online faster. Defensive items are great at keeping you alive.

Change last item to what is required in your lobby. Antiheal -> Brawlers. Crit -> Spectral.

Do NOT sleep on this build. It is OP and extremely fun to play.

Make sure you are Autoattack canceling your 1 and 3!
