This is my personal favorite rendition of shred, but I know a lot of people prefer Qin's Sai over Asi.

Death's Embrace

Basic Attacks that deal damage in an AoE restore less health (75% for Melee Attacks, 50% for Ranged Attacks) for each enemy hit after the first and only count once for the Cooldown reduction effect.
Y10 Devourer's Gauntlet
PASSIVE - Killing an enemy god or minion gives you stacks of +.4 Physical Power, +.2 Physical Penetration and +.1% Physical Lifesteal. You receive 5 stacks for a god kill and 1 stack for a minion kill. At 50 stacks this item Evolves, gaining 5 Physical Penetration.

PASSIVE - Every fourth Basic Attack triggers a chain lightning, damaging the target and up to 4 nearby enemies for 15 damage +60% of your total Basic Attack Power.
The Executioner
PASSIVE - Basic Attacks against an enemy reduce your target's Physical Protection by 7% for 3 seconds (max. 4 Stacks).

PASSIVE - If you drop below 35% Health, you gain an additional 25% Physical Lifesteal for 5 seconds. Can only occur once every 15 seconds.
Alternative Items would be: (I'm still mixing and matching depending on situations)
Devo gauntlet : Transcendence (I personally pefer this if I'm either Ullr or Xab for any circumstance or just any other hunter given I'm dominating lane)
Ninja Tabi: Warrior Tabi (Ullr, maybe Neith or any ability god. Personally prefernce if you want to burst your opposing carry down with your abilities)
Odysseus: Ichaival, Silverbranch, Toxic Blade (I personally only run this if I'm running a cheese build with animosity
Executioner: Qin's Sai, Crusher
Asi: Titan's Bane. (Any of the other alternatives for Odyssueus or Executioner can also work)
There are two different starters leading into two crit builds. You might need to play a little more passive with the gilded arrow start because you won't get any health off basics unlike Death's Toll.

Odysseus' Bow
PASSIVE - Every fourth Basic Attack triggers a chain lightning, damaging the target and up to 4 nearby enemies for 15 damage +60% of your total Basic Attack Power.
If you simply don't give a fuck about sustain then just go rage instead of devo gauntlet and slide Demon Wind in there for the last item.

I put rage as the first item because Death's Embrace should be enough sustain but if you aren't digging it then you can throw in Asi for Demon Wind or Devo Gauntlet as the first item and go slide everything down 1.
