[Ranked] Conquest 4.11 Guideline

This is my opinion on where I think gods should be placed in Ranked play based on experience and this Legend:

SS: You won't see much gods here that make it to ranked anymore. Usually release gods like bellona, guan, cern, etc.
S+: Your usual banning phase, these gods have an annoying / overpowered kit.
S: Top tier gods that are usually first picked and sometimes even banned. Very strong kit.
S-: Strong kits, still some of your top picks or counter-picks.
A+: Great picks, may or may not have carry potential, a bit over-average in their performance and/or kit in my eyes.
A: Average, balanced gods.
A-: I personally think these gods are a bit more risky to play, most don't have an escape but can hit extremely high to compensate. Most of these gods require a lot of experience with the god to play. You can make these gods work but if you fall behind you're a huge team liability.
B: Pick at your own risk. These gods are not so viable right now. There are much better picks.
C: Any god(s) in this tier are hindering your teams overall performance. I would not suggest playing these gods.
D: Usually the gods people hover to troll. Nobody can make good use of any gods in this rank. Do not play.
*This is NOT an SPL tierlist, this a ranked tierlist, what works in SPL may but also may not work in ranked, especially considering 5man coordinated comms. Also take note that this tierlist is based on an overall perspective of the gods, taken everything into consideration (early/late/KIT/etc.)
